Scheduling Desk is a product of Createchz MMC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy thoroughly discloses the manner in which our application accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares user data.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our scheduling services, we collect the following information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials.
  • Google Calendar Data: When you authorize Scheduling Desk via Google OAuth, we access your calendar data to read your availability and create new booking events.
  • Communication Data: WhatsApp phone numbers and email addresses provided by your clients for the purpose of sending booking confirmations and reminders.

2. How We Use Your Information

We only request access to the permissions necessary to implement our application’s features. We use your information exclusively to:

  • Sync your real-time availability with your Google Calendar to prevent double-booking.
  • Automatically dispatch 15-minute reminders and confirmations via WhatsApp and email to you and your clients.
  • Provide customer support and maintain the technical security of the Service.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

To comply with Google’s strict verification requirements, our use of your data is tightly restricted:

  • Scheduling Desk’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing and Protection

Data transfers and human access to user data are highly restricted.

  • No Sale of Data: We absolutely do not sell Google user data, nor do we use it for advertising or retargeting purposes.
  • No Human Access: We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have obtained your explicit consent to resolve a support issue, it is required for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse), or to comply with applicable laws.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: We transfer Google user data only to trusted infrastructure providers (such as our database hosting) strictly as necessary to provide the scheduling functionality, and they are bound by the same confidentiality standards.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. If you revoke access to your Google Account or delete your Scheduling Desk account, your OAuth tokens and associated calendar cache are permanently deleted from our database. We honor all user requests to delete their data.
